1. Who we are Digital Small Solution Studio (DSS) is a web development service operating in Israel. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website at dss-studio.co.il.
2. Data we collect When you submit an order or a deferred-start request, we collect: your name, phone number, city, and the content you provide (project description, texts, photos, logo). We do not collect data passively through tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis Your personal data is processed solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (or pre-contractual steps at your request). We do not use your data for marketing or profiling without your explicit consent.
4. Data sharing We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. sending order details to our internal communication channel). No data is transferred outside of Israel without appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and comply with applicable legal obligations. After that, data is securely deleted.
6. Your rights Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and its regulations, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the order form on this site.

DSS Service Terms — Version 1.0
These DSS Service Terms are public terms for the provision of DSS services. By submitting an order, making a payment, or providing materials for work, the client confirms that they have read and accept these terms.
For the Foundation and 3–5 Pages base packages, these terms constitute the primary work agreement. For Custom projects, individual terms may additionally be agreed if the task falls outside the scope of the base packages.
1. What is DSS DSS is a fast-website studio for small businesses and local services in Israel. We create simple, responsive sites: landing pages, business cards and small multi-page sites. Communication is via text only: order form, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. No calls.
2. How work begins Work starts only after: (a) a package is selected or a custom task agreed; (b) all required materials are provided; (c) the order form is filled in; (d) payment is made or payment terms are agreed. The timeline begins from the moment DSS receives the full set of materials and payment — not from the first contact.
3. What the client must provide Business name · service/business description · contact details · desired site language · texts or key points · photos, logo and other materials (if available) · links to social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Business Profile · style, colour and structure preferences. All information must be submitted via the corresponding fields of the order form.
4. Foundation Package — from 525₪ 1 page · up to 5 content sections · 1 main language · mobile adaptation · basic SEO structure · Schema.org markup · OG metatags · Twitter Card · contact buttons (WhatsApp / Telegram / phone / email) · simple contact block or order form · required HTML accessibility elements (heading structure, semantic HTML, alt attributes, accessible labels) · basic publishing assistance · 1 round of revisions in one list. Note: accessibility widget, accessibility declaration, accessibility audit and legal compliance verification are not included and are discussed separately. The 525₪ price is a starting price valid during the period specified on the website.
5. 3–5 Pages Package Home page with all Foundation elements + up to 4 additional pages · 1 main language · mobile adaptation · basic SEO · Schema.org · OG · Twitter Card · contact buttons · form / contact block · HTML accessibility elements · 1 round of revisions · publishing assistance. Additional pages, complex logic, integrations, accessibility widget, accessibility audit and declaration are priced separately.
6. Custom Projects Custom covers: non-standard site structure, complex forms, booking modules, admin panels, integrations, multilingual sites with complex structure, marketing modules, special widgets, SaaS logic, CRM, user accounts and other complex systems. A custom project is a separate task with separate timeline and pricing — not an extended Foundation.
7. Additional Languages Base packages include 1 language. Each additional language costs +50% of the chosen package price. This applies even when the client provides a ready translation, as DSS still performs technical adaptation (layout, structure, links, navigation, RTL/LTR where needed).

What is NOT included in base packages Online store · online payment · user account · CRM · complex admin panel · complex booking · non-standard integrations · brand development · professional logo and brand identity · large-scale copywriting · professional photography · SEO with guaranteed rankings · advertising setup · legal audit · legal accessibility compliance guarantee · separate accessibility widget · accessibility declaration · accessibility audit · ongoing maintenance · unlimited revisions.
9. Logo If the client has no logo, DSS can prepare a simple text or minimalist placeholder. This is not professional brand or logo development.
10. Domain & Hosting Domain and hosting are paid separately. DSS can help choose and purchase them. It is recommended to register the domain in the client's name to retain full control.
11. Delivery Timeline Estimated timeline for a basic site: 1–3 business days after DSS receives the full set of materials, a correctly completed order form, and payment. Timelines may increase if materials are missing, require major rework, if the task changes during work, or if the client delays responses.
12. Revisions Base packages include 1 round of revisions, submitted as one combined list after the client reviews the site. One round = one collected list of comments. Multiple separate messages at different times count as one round only if DSS explicitly agrees.
13. What does NOT count as a normal revision Separately priced: full site restructure · new pages · large new blocks · concept change after work is complete · replacing most of the text · adding new features · integrations · complex forms · booking · online payment · CRM · user accounts · new language versions · revisions after project completion.
14. Project Completion A project is complete when: the site is handed to the client for review → the client sends one revision list → DSS completes the revision round → the site is published or handed to the client for publishing. If the client does not respond within 7 calendar days of the site being sent for review, the project may be considered complete in its current state.
15. Post-Launch Support Minor text / phone / link edit — from 50₪ · photo or small gallery replacement — from 50₪ · small new block — from 100₪ · new page — from 150₪ · up to 5 minor changes in one list — from 150₪ · basic site maintenance — from 50–100₪/month.
16. Payment Base packages require full prepayment. Work begins after full payment and receipt of all materials. For Custom projects, partial prepayment is possible — terms agreed before work starts. If payment is delayed, DSS may suspend work, file transfer or site publishing.
17. Client Materials The client is responsible for the legality and the right to use all materials provided to DSS (texts, photos, logos, images, reviews, video, trademarks). DSS is not responsible for client-provided materials that infringe copyright, third-party rights or legal requirements.
18. Portfolio DSS may use the completed site, screenshots or a brief project description in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before work begins.
19. SEO & Results DSS does not guarantee specific Google rankings, number of enquiries, sales or client profit. Results depend on the niche, competition, offer quality, business reputation, advertising and other factors.
20. Cancellation & Refund The client may cancel an order before work begins. Work is considered to have started once DSS has received payment, the full set of materials, and has begun preparation or execution.
Cancellation before work starts: a refund is possible minus any expenses actually incurred. Cancellation after work has started: the refund amount is limited to the portion of work not yet completed.
Work that counts as started includes: task analysis · site structure planning · design and layout preparation · text writing or adaptation · HTML/CSS/JS development · SEO markup · Schema.org · OG · Twitter Card · site publishing · file transfer to the client.
If the site is complete, published or handed over to the client — no refund is issued for the completed work.
If the client has paid but has not provided materials — work is suspended. No response within 14 days of suspension means the order is put on hold.
Refunds do not cover external expenses: domain, hosting, third-party services, licences, or payment processing fees.
For Custom projects, cancellation terms are agreed separately before work begins.
DSS complies with applicable law. A website is an individual digital work; refunds may be limited by the scope of work completed and expenses incurred.
21. Limitation of Liability DSS is responsible for completing the agreed work within the chosen package or individual agreement. DSS is not responsible for: hosting / domain / third-party service failures · blocks by search engines or ad platforms · errors in client-provided materials · changes made by the client or third parties after project delivery · legal consequences of client materials · absence of enquiries, sales or search rankings.
22. Changes to Terms DSS may update terms, prices and package compositions. Already agreed projects use the terms that were in place at the time of agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
